Arbitration Petition No.613 of 2016 itself is on board for admission. My attention is invited to the pending Chamber Order No.548 of 2016 by the learned counsel for the petitioner which is filed for bringing legal heirs of the petitioner no.3 on record. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection if the legal heirs of the petitioner no.3 are brought on record. Statement is accepted. 2.

Chamber Order is accordingly made absolute.

Amendment to be carried out within one week from today as per the schedule of the chamber order. It is made clear that the respondents do not admit the contents of the allegations made in the amendment sought by the applicant. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondents has agreed to furnish inspection of the record of the arbitral proceedings to the learned counsel for the petitioner within two weeks from today. Rejoinder if any, shall be filed within two weeks from the date of inspection. A copy of the rejoinder shall be served upon the respondents' advocate simultaneously.
