Ms. Asha Desai, learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant states that the Revenue had filed two appeals raising identical questions from the same impugned order. One being the present appeal and the other Income Tax Appeal No. 981 of 2015 (Original Tax Appeal No. 62 of 2015).

On instructions, she seeks liberty to withdraw the Tax Appeal No.988 of 2015 (Tax Appeal No. 61 of 2015- Goa Bench). Liberty as prayed for, is granted.
