The relief claimed in the Petition is to direct Respondent Nos.1 and 4 to 6 to consider and decide the Petitioner's claim under the Slum Act with regard to the structure room no.6, Nutan Nagar Co-op Grihanirman Sanstha, CTS No.472, Old Krishna Bhoir Chawl (Shriram Aswale 1/2

According to the Petitioner, the Petitioner had filed appropriate application before the said Respondent on 5th February, 2015 at page no.56 but till date the said application has not been considered and decided.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner as also Respondent Nos.2 and 4 we direct Respondent Nos.1 and 4 to 6 to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's application dated 5th February, 2015. The Petitioner is at liberty to file a copy of the application along with copy of this order before the first Respondent within 15 days. The first Respondent is directed to take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the said application and decide it within four months from the date of appearance of the Petitioner before him. The Petition is disposed of.
