The learned Counsel for the Respondent-Company tenders an Affidavit of compliance dated 24th September 2019. 2.

By an order dated 3rd September 2019, the Respondent was to give public notices in two newspapers i.e. Free Press Journal (English) and Navshakti (Marathi) of the settlement which have been arrived at in the Company Petition and withdrawal of the Petition which had to be advertised within a period of one week from the 1 / September 25, 2019

The Respondent-Company has complied with these directions and has in the Affidavit of compliance annexed the public notices given in the said Free Press Journal and Navshakti. 4.

Accordingly, the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Company Petition.
