There is no response to the Arbitration Petition. The adinterim order dated 25th November 2019 is confirmed as the final order in the Arbitration Petition.

The Petitioners have invoked arbitration. They have nominated an Arbitrator. The Respondent has not replied either accepting or disputing the nomination. In view of the recent decisions of the Supreme Court, the Petitioner will need to file an appropriate Application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
