The sole Caveator, Mr. Adale M. Patel is personally present in Court. He tenders an Affidavit dated 28th August 2015. It is taken on file. In paragraph 8 of this Affidavit, he specifically says that he has no objection to the grant of Letters of Administration with Will annexed. He withdraws his Caveat. He gives his full and free consent to the grant.

The Petition is, therefore, not contested. It will now proceed expeditiously and on a priority basis to the grant of Letters of Administration with Will annexed as an uncontested Petition. 4.
Petition is made absolute and to proceed accordingly. 5.
All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order. 6.
