As directed today by the order dated 13.1.2016, Mr. Pereira has filed Affidavit dated 9.2.2016 of the second Petitioner setting out family background, their social status as well as husband's employment and income. So also particulars of the investment made have been disclosed. The Chamber Registrar has confirmed having verified originals of the documents at Pages 5,6,8 to 53 being Exhibits 'A' to 'L'. The only original which is yet to be produced is the employment agreement of the first Petitioner, who is sailing presently.
