By this Review Petition, Petitioners are seeking review of the order passed by this Court dated 29th June, 2015. It is submitted that there was no intention to annex any fabricated document. However, the said mistake had occurred inadvertently. It is submitted that the document which was handed over was not a fabricated document. However, some other copy was inadvertently annexed. 2.

We have perused the affidavit in reply. Petitioner No.1 has tendered his unconditional apology to this Court. Apology is accepted.

Accordingly, the said order passed by us issuing contempt proceedings is recalled and the direction given in the said order to the Registrar General / Prothonotary and Senior Master to file a complaint against the Petitioner after making due inquiry as contemplated under section 340 of Cr.P.C is withdrawn.

Review Petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the Petition. He submitted

3/4 that in para 6 of the said order, request made by him at that time to withdraw the Petition has been recorded. 6.

In view of what is stated hereinabove, we permit the Petitioners to withdraw the Writ Petition. Writ Petition is also accordingly disposed of.
