A copy of this order be sent to the society namely Sameer Co-operative Cooperative Housing Ltd who shall act on a copy of this order authenticated by the Associate of this Court. 3.

Unless otherwise ordered, the society shall not permit transfer of the share certificate relating to the said flat. Mr.Pramod Patil also states all Defendants shall abide by the statement recorded in para 5 of the order dated 27 August 2009 in Notice of Motion No.3110 of 2007. Statement accepted.
