This Chamber Summons for amendment of the plaint is taken out in the suit, which has been directed to be heard as undefended suit. The defendant despite service of summons has not entered appearance in the suit. Therefore, by the order of Prothonotary & Senior Master dated 18th November, 2014 it was transferred to the list of undefended suits. In the circumstances, the Chamber Summons need not be served upon the defendants. The Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendments to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Stand over by 2 weeks.
