Plaintiff Nos.2 and 3 have filed an Application dated 16-10-2015, stating therein that they are not interested in proceeding with the Suit against the Defendants and seeks permission to withdraw the above Suit. The said Application is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Suit is disposed of as withdrawn. Refund of Court Fees, including excess Court Fees paid if any, as per rules.
