We have considered the impugned order dated 23rd September 2021. This order in our view is unappealable. Ms. Doshi appearing for appellant states that what is recorded in paragraph no.7 of the order that is attributed to Mr. Ghatalia does not reflect correctly what transpired in the court and requires to be expunged. Ms. Doshi states that Mr. Ghatalia has utmost respect to the court. Perhaps it was all a misunderstanding. Having noted what Ms.Doshi stated, in our view, Mr. Ghatalia should have immediately filed an application or affidavit explaining this to the learned single Judge.

In any event, having noted the explanation from Ms. Doshi, we do not see there is anything further to be done in this appeal. Purti Parab
