The undertakings given in the consent terms are accepted and so ordered.

Incase the company does not pay the amount of Rs.1,40,000/- as mentioned in paragraph 5 of the consent terms, the petition would stand revived, admitted and advertised in newspapers and government gazette without further reference to the court. Gauri Gaekwad
