Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
This Chamber Summons is preferred by applicant for discharge of Court Receiver appointed by this Court by order dated 29.06.2012 in Arbitration Petition No. 646 of 2012.
Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicant and averments made in affidavit in support of Chamber Summons, I am satisfied that applicant has made out case for allowing Chamber Summons.

a) Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:
"a) the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay be discharged without passing of accounts on payment of costs, charges and expenses if any, by the Petitioner."
b) Court Receiver is directed to inform the petitioner about their charges immediately.
c) Applicant is directed to pay Court Receiver charges within four weeks from date of the communication in writing.
d) Applicant is directed to intimate this order to the office of the Court Receiver immediately. e) Chamber Summons stands disposed of accordingly.
