This notice of motion is taken out by the Respondent to the commercial arbitration petition. The prayer is for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Petitioners in court as a condition of stay of the impugned award. Learned Counsel offers to furnish such security as may be acceptable by the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this court for leave to withdraw the amount.

The Applicant (original Respondent to the arbitration petition) is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the Respondents (original Petitioners) in court with accretions, if any, against such security as may be acceptable to the Prothonotary & Senior Master. The motion is disposed of.
