Ms. Menon, learned Counsel appearing in support of the petition seeks leave to amend the petition by adding a prayer clause C-1 seeking a direction to the respondent no.1 - Central Government to dispose of the petitioner's Revision Application dated 17th April, 2018 within a period of four weeks.

Mr. Gokhale, learned Counel for the respondent has no objection to the amendment being allowed.

Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Re-
verification is dispensed with. Amendment to be carried out on the respondent's copy of the petition immediately. 4.
Ms. Menon, learned Counsel appearing in support of the petition only restricts this petition to seeking a direction to the Central Government to dispose of the petitioner's Revision Application dated 17th April, 2018 within a period of four weeks from today. 5.
Ms. Menon, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners states that fees of Rs.1,000/- in filing the Revision Application remained to be paid. On instructions, she undertakes that the same would be paid within a period of one week from today.

Mr. Gokhale, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents state that the Revision Application filed by the petitioners would be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. However, he is not in a position to state the period within which the Revision Application would be disposed of, as he has no instructions in that regard.

In the above view, respondent no.1 is directed to dispose of the petitioner's Revision Application dated 17th April, 2018 as expeditiously
as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the payment of the fees by the respondent as undertaken. 8.
