The application is made by an erstwhile director and shareholder to invite the claims of contributories/shareholders; to direct the official liquidator to adjudicate the claim of the contributories/shareholders and to make the payment of the adjudicated claims. Reliance is placed on an information received by the applicant under the Right to Information Act, copy whereof is at Exh.'B' to the application, in which it is mentioned that an amount of Rs.3,29,35,624/- is lying to the credit of the company (in liquidation) as on 11.02.2015. It is also mentioned that no single creditor's claim is pending. The official liquidator states that the Court may direct the Shraddha Talekar PA 1/2

At the same time, the official liquidator also clarifies that they have received two claims from the workmen. In the circumstances, the official liquidator may invite claims of the contributories/shareholder and adjudicate the claim of the contributories/shareholder and also the claim of the workmen and such other claim that may received within the notice period. The application stands disposed accordingly.
