Heard learned Counsel for the parties. Both Counsel request the Court to dispose of the petition without recording any reasons for the order. The petition is disposed of by permitting the Respondent to withdraw a sum of Rs.1.50 lacs in full and final settlement of the Respondent's claim in pursuance of the impugned award of the Labour Court dated 21 April 2006 from out of the amount deposited by the Petitioner in pursuance of an order passed by this Court on 8 January 2007, which has since been invested and which is due for maturity on 9 May 2016. The Petitioner shall pay the sum of Rs.1.50 lacs directly to the legal heirs of the Respondent, who have been brought on record, within a period of two weeks form today, latest by 17 May 2016.
