Learned counsel for the defendant states that his client has not addressed or circulated any letters annexed at pages 186, 206 and 212 of the plaint as alleged by the plaintiff. He further states that his client has no intention to circulate any such letters to any parties even in future. His client however reserve his rights to agitate his grievance before the authorities. Statement is accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the defendant, no further relief is required to be granted to the plaintiff in

The plaintiff however is at liberty to file a fresh notice of motion in the event of the defendant publishing or circulating at such statement in future.

Notice of motion is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
