This Motion is filed for setting aside the order dated 11th June 2015 passed by Prothonotary and Senior Master dismissing the appeal for non-removal of office objections. Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the Respondent.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit supporting the Notice of Motion, the Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) on condition that the objections are removed within four weeks from today.
