This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, "the Act" whereby the petitioner has prayed for extension of time for a further period of three months, to enable the arbitral tribunal to publish an award. It is submitted that award is awaited.

Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection for the prayers as made in the petition.

Having perused the averments in the petition, the mandate of the arbitral tribunal to conclude the arbitral proceedings and publish an award is extended by a period of three months. 4.
