Perused the detailed order passed by this Court dated 19 th July, 2016.

The disclosures filed by the learned Arbitrators are taken on record. Mr. Anushak Davar is appointed as the Nominee Arbitrator of the Applicant and Mr. Vishal Kanade is appointed as the Nominee Arbitrator of the Respondent. The learned Arbitrators shall proceed to act as Arbitrators to resolve the disputes and differences under the Takeover of Business Agreement dated 23 rd January, 2006 along with Non-compete Agreement dated 23 rd January 2006. As directed by the said order, the learned Arbitrators shall appoint a third Arbitrator who shall act as Presiding Arbitrator. The above Arbitration Application is accordingly disposed of.
