MHADA is directed to take a decision regarding allotment of the permanent accommodation in the newly constructed building to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of 12 weeks from today. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge adverse order, if any, passed by the respondents. In the meantime, interim relief granted by this Court on 28th July,2014 shall continue during the pendency of said decision and for a period of two weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
