The Counsel for the plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw the suit. Suit allowed to be withdrawn.

2) Counsel for the defendant submits that substantial costs were incurred to defend the suit. He states that issues have also been framed in this suit. It is obvious that time has been spent and costs incurred in defending this suit until this stage. Therefore, the Counsel for the defendant is justified in asking for costs. 3) Taking the overall situation, the plaintiff is directed to pay costs of Rs.20,000/- to the defendant.
