The present Chamber Order is taken out for restoration of Petition, dismissed on 25.11.2014 under the provision of O.S.Rule 986.

Heard Ld. Counsel for Applicant and also perused Affidavit in Support to the Chamber Order. This is an uncontested Testamentary Petition for Letters of Administration to the Property and Credits of late Smt. Mohini Bakhru.

According to the Petitioner, Petitioner was unable to pay court fees of Rs.

75,000/- and office objection in respect of court fees was remained to be removed. Now the Petitioner is ready to pay court fees.

Looking to the nature of dispute, so also, Petition is uncontested, Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately. No order as to costs.

Applicant and/or his Advocate to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same numbered and regd.

on or before 07-02-2018 failing Petition to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S. Rule 986.
