P.C. :

Instant Chamber Order is taken out by the Applicants to set aside Order dated 11.07.2017, rejecting Commercial Arbitration Petition for non-removal of office objections.

Perused Affidavit in Support. Heard Ld.

Counsel for Applicants. Affidavit in Support reveals that Petitioners were required to file Affidavit in Support of Petitioner but they could not file it as Petitioner No. 2 was in jail in Orissa and therefore, office objections could not be complied with.

Earlier matter was placed on board on 13.03.2018. On that day, ld. Counsel for Respondents sought time to make further submission. But, today none appeared on behalf of Respondents.

As no one turn to resist instant Chamber Order, contention of the Applicants needs to be accepted as sufficient reason to allow Chamber Order. Hence, Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately. Costs cost in cause.

Applicants and/or their Advocate to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same numbered and regd.

on or before 11-04-2018, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S. Rule 986.
