After hearing learned Counsel for the parties for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings. He also submits that the petitioner intends to file an application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator. If the petitioner intends to do so, disposal of this petition would not come in the way of petitioner.
