The learned counsel for the Plaintiff, after taking instructions from his clients, makes a statement that they do not want to proceed with this suit against Defendant No.2. To that effect, the learned counsel for the Plaintiff made a statement on farad, in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Statement is accepted.
