The matter has been placed on the board for speaking to the minutes of the Judges Order dated 4th September, 2015. Mr. Khanchandani, learned Advocate appearing for the applicant states that, the description of the immovable property in the Judges Order and the Affidavit-in-support of the Judges Order has been wrongly stated as "Unit No.228", whereas, the correct description is "Unit No.208". He

Perusal of the execution application, confirms that the correct description of the concerned property is "Unit No.208". Therefore, the description of the property in the Judges Order and the Affidavit-insupport thereof, be corrected from "Unit No.228" to "Unit No.208".
