Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant, who is the original Petitioner. The Applicant is a grantee of Letters of Administration of the estate and credits of the deceased Jayvantabai Gangaram Sapkale. The Applicant is the only heir and next of kin of the deceased. By this Judge's Order, the Applicant seeks permission to sell the immovable property, being a residential premises, to a third party purchaser for a consideration named in the draft agreement annexed to the affidavit in support of the Judge's Order. The Petitioner is permitted to sell the immovable property. A separate Judge's Order to that effect is signed. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order. ( S.C.
