Mr.Maravoor for the applicant tenders draft amendment to the plaint which is taken on record and marked `X' for identification. One of the amendment sought is to add 17 persons as defendants. One of them to be added as defendant no.45 is the applicant in this chamber summons.

Mr.Maravoor for plaintiffs has no objection if the amendment prayed for is granted because that will work out the KJ

In the circumstances, leave to amend as prayed for is granted. Amendment to be carried out and amended plaint to be served within six weeks. Mr.Yadav for the applicant-Ravindra Vig who is being added as defendant no.45 waives service of writ of summons. 4.

Written statement to be field and copy served within 30 days of receiving a copy of the amended plaint. All rights and contentions of defendant nos.1 to 8 are kept open. 5.

Chamber summons accordingly stands disposed.
