Learned Counsel for the parties have tendered Consent Terms dated 15 February 2019 which are signed on behalf of the parties by their authorised signatories. They are also signed by the Advocates for the respective parties. There is no dispute on the signatures made on the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In the consent terms the parties have agreed that in paragraph 11(0) of the impugned award, the figure of Rs.7,45,414.25 is agreed to be a typographical error. The parties have agreed that the said amount should be Rs.74,54,147.25. All other grounds of challenge to the award as raised in the petition are accordingly relinquished by the petitioner. 3.
