The Petition proposes the adoption of a female minor who is today about 5 years old. She was born on or about 15th August 2011 and was found abandoned by Kalyan Railway Police Station. Her parents could not be found. She was then committed to the Janani Ashish Charitable Trust, Dombivli. The child welfare committee issued a destitute declaration order. None have come forward to 5th October 2016

906-FAP-62-2016.DOC claim the child. The child is a destitute in the real sense. She has been named Niyati and has been declared free for adoption. The relevant documents are on record.

The adoptive parent is from Spain. She is a single mother about 43 years old. She does not have any children. She works as an Area Manager with a bank. Her gross annual salary is substantial, in the region amount of Euro 50,268.60 per annum (just under Rs.40 lakhs). Mr. Kapoor tenders the child care arrangement plan. This is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. This states that adoptive mother will have four months paid absence as per Spanish Law. She also has a flexible work schedule. In addition, there are nursery, private and public schools in close proximity. Her parents will also assist her as they have done previously with other children in the family.

There is a scrutiny report from Mr. Hareendran. It is taken on record and marked "X1" for identification. The medical reports of the child are also clear.

The Petition is allowed and the Judge's Order is separately signed.
