Further to the order dated 11th October 2017, counsel for respondent states that they have advertised notice of withdrawal of petition in Free Press Journal and Navshakti on 17th October 2017. An affidavit of one Ali Ahmad Khan sworn on 30th October 2017 is tendered confirming publication of the notice of withdrawal. The said affidavit is taken on record.

Mr.Aithe, company prosecutor states that they have not received any notice or claim from any third party. Shri Singh, appearing for respondent states that apart from this company petition, no other petition for winding up Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2

904.cp.1151.2015.doc has been filed against respondent.

Statement accepted.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn. Respondent to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- as costs to the official liquidator within one week from today. Only upon payment of this sum, the petition will be considered as withdrawn and Official Liquidator will stand discharged.
