The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, as according to the petitioner, the necessity of filing of this petition, no longer exists. 2.

At the same time, learned counsel for the petitioner has instructions to seek permission to reserve liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, in case the need arises in future.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of as above, with liberty as aforesaid.
