No case is made out for reviewing the order dated 7.4.2015 passed, in Writ Petition No. 934 of 2015, by this Court. Apart from this, a motion for condoning the delay caused in filing the review petition is also filed. The impugned order was passed on 7.4.2015. Thereafter again a motion was taken out for extension of 1 / 2

NMW. 454-15 time to deposit the amount. Time was granted / extended to deposit the amount. However, it was clarified that no further extension will be granted. Thereafter present review petition is filed. 2.

No sufficient cause has been shown by the Applicant for condoning the delay of 116 days caused in filing the review petition. Therefore, delay is not condoned. Hence, Notice of Motion No. 454 of 2015 is dismissed.
