The counsel for the defendant nos.1 to 4 states that the ad-interim order passed on 22nd November 2010 read with the order dated 6th December 2010 be continued until the disposal of the suit. In view thereof, the ad-interim order to continue until the disposal of the suit. The notice of motion is accordingly disposed. The counsel for the defendant nos.1 to 4 states that the plaintiff despite requests by the defendants has not given inspection of the documents relied upon in the plaint. 17.s.1981.10.doc inspection of the documents referred to and relied in the plaint including the one document, inspection of which, is given. The written statement to be filed within two weeks of receiving the inspection. It is made clear that since the plaintiff has an injunction running in their favour, no further time till be granted to give inspection of the documents to the defendants and failure to give inspection will be viewed seriously. Stand over to 5th March 2015 for hearing.
