The Judge's Order seeks directions for opening of a bank locker, the contents of which form part of the estate of the deceased. A certificate to that effect issued by the concerned bank is produced with the affidavit in support of the Judge's Order. The Judge's Order seeks opening of the bank locker and making of an inventory of its contents and redeposit of these contents in a new locker to be provided by the bank. A separate Judge's Order to that effect is signed. As and when the locker is opened for making of the inventory, a notice be given to the legal heirs and next of kin of the deceased, whose names are set out in paragraph 2 of the Testamentary Petition.
