This Notice of Motion claims various reliefs. By an order dated 22 November 2010, this Court inter alia granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer Clause 'b' of the Notice of Motion. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant/Plaintiff submits that his client shall be satisfied if this ad-interim order is continued pending the hearing and final disposal of the Suit.

Accordingly, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer Clause 'b' of the Notice of Motion. The Notice of Motion is disposed of.

Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff submits that the Suit is Undefended. There is no written statement filed in the Suit and none appears for the Defendants. Learned Counsel prays for setting down the Suit for ex-parte decree.
