This is an application by Revision-Petitioner for amendment to carry out for change in the name of the respondent. At the time of filing of the present petition it was M/s. Doshion Veolia Water Solutions Pvt. Ltd. which has been now changed to Doshion Water Solution Private Limited. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for carrying out the said amendment. In view thereof, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Learned counsel for the original petitioner made a grievance that the respondent-company with a view to protract the proceeding is either changing its registered address or its name from time to time and it 1/2

(45) CA 574-16 causes hardship to the petitioner.

It is therefore directed that in case of, either change in name of the company or its registered address, the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of such a change shall intimate the same to the petitioner.
