By this company application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 5 years and 258 days in filing a copy of the order with the Registrar of Companies and the Superintendent of Stamps. I have heard learned counsel for the applicant and have perused the averments made in the affidavit in support of the company application. In my view the delay in filing the copy of the order with the Registrar of Companies and the Superintendent of Stamps is satisfactorily explained by the applicant and the delay is accordingly condoned.
