None appears for the respondents when the matter was called out. Mr.Mehta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the respondents have not complied with the order passed by this court on 5th August, 2015 by filing affidavit of disclosure and also by filing affidavit in reply. Since no affidavit in reply is filed, the averments made in the petition are deemed to have been admitted.

Arbitration petition is accordingly made absolute in terms of the ad-interim order passed by this court on 5th August, 2015. The respondents are directed to comply with the ad-interim order passed by this court on 5th August, 2015 by filing affidavit of disclosure within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, failing which appropriate action under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act would be initiated against the respondents for deliberate non compliance of the ad-interim order passed by this court. No order as to costs. 3.
