Official Liquidator states that he will give instructions to his office that action on any communication received from applicant has to be attended to within 72 hours of receiving the same including filing of all applications and affirming affidavits since applicant is taking sole responsibility for prosecuting the suit on behalf of Official Liquidator and also bare all expenses and be responsible for the consequences.
