This application seeks restoration of the Suit which appears to have been dismissed for non-removal of office objections. 2.

Prayer is also made for condonation of delay, if any, in removing the application for restoration of the Suit. 3.

Although the learned Counsel appearing for the defendant has opposed the prayer made in the present application, in the interest of justice, application is allowed. Accordingly, the Suit is restored to file, subject to removal of office objections within one week, if not already removed.
