Accordingly, these petitions are dismissed on the ground that petitioner has not availed an alternative efficacious remedy of appeal prescribed under Section 26 of the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002. Interim order granted earlier to continue for four weeks from the date of this order being uploaded.
