Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks two days' time to approach the office of the Court Receiver for enforcement of the order dated 24th June, 2015 and agrees to pay costs, charges and expenses of the office of the Court Receiver and also payment of Rs.3,000/- towards costs to the office of the Court Receiver. Statement is accepted.

If the petitioner does not apply for enforcement of this order within one week from today and does not pay the requisite costs, charges and expenses of the office of the Court Receiver and cost of Rs.3,000/-, order dated 24th June, 2015 passed by this court to stand vacated without further reference to court. 3.

Court Receiver's Report is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
