Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff states that the defendant nos.6 and 7 are already served with the copy along with affidavit in support of the plaint. She further submits that the order dated 16th September, 2015 passed by this Court is also served upon the defendant nos.6 and 7. The statement is accepted. 2.

No affidavit in reply is filed by the defendant nos.6 and 7 though served. None appeared for the defendant nos.6 and 7 when the matter was called out.

By an order dated 16th September, 2015 passed by this Court in this notice of motion along with other notice of motion, this 1/2

35-nms204-16 Court after rendering detailed reasons, has granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (e) against the defendant nos.6 and 7. 4.

I have heard the learned counsel for the plaintiffs and have perused the record. No affidavit in reply has been filed by the defendant nos.6 and 7. For the reasons recorded in the order dated 16th September, 2015, the notice of motion is made absolute in terms of the order dated 16th September, 2015 passed by this Court against the defendant nos.6 and 7.
