As a result, the Writ Petition (L) No. 3518 of 2015 is restored to its original number. Office objection be now removed within 4 weeks. In case, the defects pointed out by the office are not removed within 4 weeks, the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
