Ms. Thorat appearing for the plaintiffs states that they have attempted to serve defendant nos.6 and 7 but the packets were returned with the endorsement 'left'. To a query posed by the Court, Ms. Thorat states that they do not have any evidence today to show that defendant nos.6 and 7 are continuing with the infringement.
