Heard Ms. Dey, Learned Counsel for the applicant. She submitted that applicant Dilu @ Dilavar Makandar has attained majority. By order dated 29th June, 2016, this Court directed the Accounts Officer, High Court, Bombay to pay balance amount of Rs. 1,43,349/- to the applicant by handing over fixed deposit receipt with Bank of Baroda, Sir P.M. Road Branch of face value of Rs. 1,15,187/- and fixed deposit receipt with Corporation Bank, Dalal Street, Fort, Branch of face value of Rs. 28,162/- [Total Rs. 1,43,349/-]. She, therefore, prayed that as the applicant has attained majority, he may be permitted to withdraw amount of Rs. 1,43,349/-.

In view thereof, applicant is permitted to withdraw Rs. 1,43,349/- lying in the fixed deposit receipts along with accrued interest. Judges order is signed separately.
